Create your account and verify your email
A BillySoft account is the single front door to domains, shared hosting, VPS, your wallet, orders, and support tickets. This guide walks through registration, email verification, and what to click first after you log in—so you are not guessing which area to use for each task.
Before you register
Use an email address you check regularly. Verification and important notices (orders, renewals, security) will go there. Choose a strong password: long, unique, and not reused from other sites. A password manager makes this easy and reduces the risk of someone else accessing your hosting spend and DNS.
If you are registering on behalf of a company, consider whether the inbox should be a shared operations address or a personal one tied to whoever pays invoices—either works, but the person who can read mail should be the one who verifies.
Complete the sign-up form
Open Sign up from the main site navigation. Enter your full name as you want it to appear on receipts and support. The email field must be valid; typos here are the most common reason people never receive the verification link.
Pick a password and confirm it. Optional phone helps support reach you quickly for billing or access issues, but it is not required to create the account.
Submit the form once. If the page shows an error (email already registered, validation, or reCAPTCHA), read the message, fix the field, and try again. Duplicate email means an account already exists—use Forgot password or Login instead of registering twice.
Verify your email
Within a few minutes you should receive Welcome to BillySoft Web Services – verify your email. Open it and tap Verify my email. The link expires for security; if it fails, request help from Contact or support so we can resend or troubleshoot.
- Check spam, junk, and “Promotions” tabs before assuming the mail did not arrive\n- Add the sending domain to safe senders if your provider is aggressive about filtering\n- If your organisation uses strict mail filtering, ask IT to allow messages from our mail path
Until verification succeeds, Login will tell you that your address is not verified yet. There is no shortcut: the link proves you control the inbox tied to the account.
First login and dashboard orientation
After verification, sign in with the same email and password. You land on the dashboard—a hub, not the final destination for most tasks. From the sidebar you will use:
- My Wallet — add funds (e.g. Paynow) and pay for domains, hosting, and VPS\n- Domains / My Domains — search publicly, manage what you already own\n- Shared hosting (marketing) and My Shared Hosting — browse plans vs what you bought\n- Order VPS and My Instances — buy and manage servers\n- Support — open tickets for human help
Spend a few minutes clicking each area once (even if you do not purchase yet) so you know where wallet balance, orders, and services live. That saves confusion later when you are under time pressure.
Security habits worth keeping
Log out on shared computers. If you suspect your password leaked, change it immediately and contact support if you see orders you did not place. We may offer additional protections over time; the blog and announcements will note changes.
